So, this looks like it'll be a bleak year convention-wise for me.
First, SacAnime is this weekend... but I'm not entirely sure I'll be able to go. I have dance practice on Saturday and Sunday that I really can't skip, which means that I would miss a large portion of the convention both days. I was debating about only going on Sunday, but that means that I would have to leave the con at 3:30 or 4:00 at the latest... which really doesn't give me much time to do anything and doesn't seem like it's worth the money. Also, I've been stretched pretty thin recently and need to prepare a bit before classes start the next day anyway. So... I don't know. I want to go, I really do.
Also, it turns out that I won't be able to make it to Wondercon this year. Boo! Apparently, Wondercon has been temporarily moved to Anaheim because the convention centre in San Francisco is under construction or something. Anaheim is wayyy to far away and, again, I can't really miss my dance practices (my dance troupe's big performance is just a couple of weeks after Wondercon weekend). So, that's very disappointing.
I still aim to go to Fanime, however. I'm crossing my fingers and hoping that nothing comes up that causes me to miss it! Hopefully in a couple of weeks, I'll be able to go to the fabric store to get my materials for my Robin/Damian Wayne cosplay and then start working on that. I already have the wig, the mask made, and the boots painted... I still have to make his tunic, the cape and hood, his glove-gauntlets, belt... and I think that's it. Oh my.
So, yeah. In summary: I think I will only be able to make it to Fanime this year. Oh well.

I only realized you were Rorschach the next day on Sunday because I remembered seeing you guys without your masks on when you were near the bathroom.
Awesome job on the costume and I lol'd at how much you stayed in character. From a Rorschach cosplayer to another, you would have made Rorschach proud. You know. If he wasn't so grumpy all the time.

I remember you! I couldn't see that great from my mask, but your Dante cosplay looked amazing. I'm sorry your photograph didn't come out. We wouldn't have minded sticking around a bit longer.
Ha ha, I tried to stay in character as much as possible. It's just way too much fun to swagger around in that mask, isn't it? Thank you again!
